I was very upset after a customer service call with HP. SquareTrade Customer Service Reps were fantastic and assured me quickly that I was going to get a resolution to my issue.
My initial contact was online. That was a mistake. My second contact via phone was miscommunication. I had to call Consumer Cellular a second time. I think the first problem occurred when I could not go back and alter my online info. Once Consumer Cellular got involved Square Trade was contacted again. Everything from there went perfectly! They understood my problem and immediately took care of it. My replacement phone was here in less than 2 days. My picture when to H- - -. I called to schedule an appointment with a tech to come out at fix it. The person I spoke with on the phone said that maybe we could fix it "Right Now" So she led me through a series of things and it was fixed in 20 - 25 minutes! And she didn't have to ask for a minute to look ANYTHING up!!! Great service.
This was the easiest insurance handling I've ever had. My replacement phone was shipped very quickly. The were no questions about replacement. I had Square Trade and they handled it. No hassling, just great service.
