A few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided. Overall great rate and good experience.
Communication was extremely good and efficient. The whole process was quick and we were kept informed of every step. It couldn’t of been easier.
The process is flawed. To many hand offs from this person to the next. The closing was a complete mess with signing several final disclosure statements with a variety of money to borrower scenarios. Still not straightened out and missing closing money 2 weeks after closing. Do not recommend eMortgage Capital. No real issues with Ameer.
The communication and promptness was excellent. I appreciated the explanation and follow through every step of the way. I will admit, at first I was skeptical about evening calling, but as I was half way through the process my mind was put at ease and it was a great experience.
Prompt replies from emails. Always answering the phone when called no matter the questions. Have made my experience with Adam a true ease with home refinancing
The whole experience of refinancing with your company was frustrating, taxing and overall unsuccessful. And I am the easiest refi customer ever and your company still manage to botch up the process. No returned phone calls, emails or texts from you after I sent several. You also took so long to process my documents (which were provided in just a couple hours months ago) that my home appraisal allegedly expired, which I think was not truthful. 1. The original flyer that got me started with EMortgage stated I qualified for a $25,000 pay out which was false. This would have been a deal breaker if I hadn't qualified for under 3% Still othered by what I consider false advertising. 2. Rocio Supancic was an A+ employee to work with. 3. Who is Ameer Katifi?
I never met with or ever had a communication with Ameer, so it’s difficult to rate someone who I never interacted with? My communication with Emortgage representatives was spotty and inconsistent at best. I felt like a commodity instead of a real person, but in the end they received my business, so that might be all that matters to them.
