First..... I think this is a terrible survey. I think I dealt with 4 or 5 people. I suspect I dealt with Ameer the least. But communication with ALL employees with E-Commerce was extremely poor. I know I'm a difficult client. But I've refinanced my home over a dozen times and the communication this time around was extremely difficult with all parties. If I didn't know better, I'd guess that E-Commerce has only been in business for a few months.
Ameer was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He presented good options to me, and expedited the changes I requested.
