We first contracted with eMortgage in early June 2021. We closed our refinance on Nov 18, 2021. Communication was not only poor, it was so delinquent at times we thought we were no longer clients as no one got back to us after repeated calls and contact…for weeks!! And then we found out the loan processor we were dealing with was promoted with no communication or assignment of our case to another loan processor. Our next loan processor was sympathetic but also ineffective. Terrible service level
