I toured the lovely Amelia on 5/10/21 with Jared Carroll and Karina Valdez and fell in love with it. They are taking extra precautions around COVID-19. The area is perfect, staff are super friendly, and the amenities are unmatched! I can't wait to make Amelia at Farmers Market my new home. I wish I could give it 10 stars!

Moved in 1 month ago. Move in process was pretty straightforward. Apartment is a nice size and finishing are nice too. Location is good. Just on the cusp of downtown and next to the freeway. There is homeless folks around the building and area but I haven't encountered any issue with them. Alondra in the leasing office is always very pleasant and proactive to any requests/queries we have. There are a few nuisances but I'll bide my time and see how they pan out. I will revisit this review in 6 months to update my ex... read more

There were a few things I didn't realize when I decided to move in here which is partially on me, but for the price I'm not sure the 1 bedroom is worth it. Please note the homeless shelter is 2 blocks away so you will constantly see these individuals roaming the area. They have upped their security since my move in, but just be aware of this. The complex is essentially outdoors so in the summer the hallways are hot and winters cold as soon as you step out of your apartment door. This also welcomes bugs. You will pay a pest f... read more

1st of all if i would of knew that Amelia was open already i would of never stop at Taylor Lofts and Harvest Lofts. That was a waste of time, they were so rude over there. When i walked in at Amelia Christina Guia greeted me and asked if i needed some water and showed me all their floor plans prices and move in specials. From there they showed all their amenities and walked me ieach floor plan to see what i would like better. After that i didn't need to see anything else. I signed the lease. I can't wait to move in this comi... read more

I recently relocated to Dallas and my sister suggested I check this place out. After checking it out - I knew I had to live here. Great location right next to Farmer's Market, easy access to Deep Ellum and other parts of Downtown Dallas. The staff is amazing. They don't officially open but they are doing a great job at juggling bringing on new tenants with trying to get the property up to full operation. The units are gorgeous and the amenities are amazing. The sky lounge, library, game room, workout center, and rooftop ... read more

When I first moved here I gave 5 stars because it was great. But once you stay here awhile you'll see how it really is. I've lived here almost 5 years and they continuously price gouge you when you renew. There's been break ins, gun violence and much more. It looks great on the outside but wouldn't recommend for long term. Be ready for the fire alarms to go off constantly and the garage door to be broken! The only reason I renewed one last time is because of Austin. He should be working somewhere much better than this place... read more

Lived here from April through Sept 2024. Ended up paying to break our lease early. Overall, good location and excellent leasing staff. Very nice building inside and out. But there were some major issues that caused the low rating. 1. When we first moved in our entrance door had been damaged to the point I believe it was a safety issue. Initially the staff came to look at the door and ordered a new one. After that, we hadn't heard anything for 4 months. We never got the door btw. Fast forward a few months and I am out of t... read more

If your looking for a sign not to move here - this is your sign, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here a month and hate my new home. I'd be happy to give other apartment reccomendations and hope this review save people from my same mistake. 1. We moved here from out of state and we're unable to tour before hand. Being told this was a "luxury and safe apartment" was an absolute lie. 2. I am UTERLLY appalled that the concerns of homeless IN THE PROPERTY are address by "we live in a vibrant city". That's NOT the concern. The c... read more

Lived here for about 6 months and I would not recommend. The day we moved in, nobody answered for 8 hours so I had no idea what to even do. Management is horrible. Dog area is so gross, makes the whole first floor smell like urine. Living next to the farmers market is nice, but then you're also living next to the homeless recovery center. Fire alarms always going on and off. I've had packages stolen. The photos on the website are so misleading. I could go on forever. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
