You pay $100 a month for " Fiber" internet...Do they expects us all to be stupid? It's soooooo slow

Absolutely the worst place to live. The entrance doors do not work. The elevators have been broken for 2 weeks. There is dog poop in the hallways for weeks on end and is never cleaned. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here. This is the worst managed complex in Dallas and a nightmare to live at. Absolutely horrible. Please find somewhere else to live.
Giving it 2 stars because of the location and amenities. The staff on the other hand, really have no clue what they're doing. The closer it gets to my move in date, the more nervous I become thinking that I made a big mistake choosing this place. I've visited the office twice (waited by the entrance for someone to come out/had to contact corporate to get a viewing scheduled) and both times, the leasing agents have been sitting around doing nothing. We had planned on getting an apartment here, however 1 day after we got our paperwork ready the price went up. I had dealt with people in the office a lot and they knew we were buyers. We called and they placed us on hold, we're told they'd call back. Didn't receive a call for 3 hours. We called back and spoke with them again, they told us we'd receive a call right back.
