When I tell you don't move here please believe me. Everything I'm the apartment is cheap constant leaks outages and breaking. Extremely over priced to live directly next door to a homeless shelter. Homeless people are asleep in the garage everyday and roam the hallways. Staff is clueless and frequently changing I assume based on the difficult and low quality renters. Amelia is a great location. That is about it. Street is very noisy on Harwood, constant noise all week long. The garage door situation has been ongoing since I moved over in 2019. Either its broken or won't open, missing the part supply chain issues blah blah blah. They refuse to put mirrors in the parking garage so good luck not getting almost hit every time you go in and out of the garage by the lunatics that live there. Pretty on the out side nasty on inside - roaches crawling out of sink., dirty elevators, staff that doesn't care, thin walls can hear everything. Over priced just because its farmer market
The quality of this apartment complex has deteriorated from the 2 years we've been here. At first, management was top tier and so accommodating and then we got new management who are absolutely awful. There was recently a shooting in the unit right above us and we decided to move out because we no longer feel safe and when we approached management, the were unwilling to prorate our rate and were unsympathetic. Save your time and look elsewhere- there's so many other options in Dallas.
If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unhelpful, slow to respond. Will do anything to make a $$$ of you. Will enforce rules on you to charge but will not enforce or charge others who are doing the same. Very dirty facilities and very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
The Most Poorly Managed Property in Texas. I don't have strong enough words to explain how horrible my experience at The Amelia was. I cannot stress enough: do not live here. The building is beautiful, but unless you were able to own it yourself, you're going to have to deal with management. The management team at Amelia at Farmer's Market is atrocious. i moved in around september. it took them a month to finally get my internet working. maintenance takes years to come fix anything. they never answer the front desk. water leaks. not worth the price whatsoever.
Absolute worst complex and management we've ever lived in and dealt with. They don't care about you. Live somewhere else.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible property management and their parent company is no better. The fire alarms CONSTANTLY go off. Tons in the morning and during the middle of the night. We probably were awoken close to 6-7 different times in the night, around 2am, to a screeching alarm. Few times they last for HOURS. The fire alarm is constantly going off that you desensitize to it. This is a fire and health hazard to have faulty fire systems! If you want to get sleep, do NOT live here.
