We are so glad we purchased the policy. We live in Seattle and our home that has this policy is in North Las Vegas Nevada. We have used this 5 times since we purchased the house at the end of Feb 2020. Every business that has worked at our home has been willing to work directly with our renters once I have opened a case. I have had great feedback on each repair person. And in every case the repair was done same day or next day from opening a request. Can't live with out this policy if your home is in a different state!!!!
Took care of my problem quickly. The service company they sent was professional and with good communication.
My problem was fixed. Technician was professional and courteous.
It is affordable fast and professional with quality contractors working for them who was easy and quick to contact
The faucet was leaking in the kitchen sink and it needed a replacement. It was a gooseneck faucet so it was complicated. The contractor who came out fixed the issue but initially, when he got off, he wasn't wearing a mask. My wife had to tell him at the door to wear his mask. He said okay, went back to his truck and got it. Once he was inside, he wasn't wearing it properly. He was just covering his mouth and not his nostrils. They have clear mechanisms for communicating with them and are very responsive.
Great Service timely response have been with them for 3 years. Great company.
They where when I needed them, I will continue to have them as my home warranty company, customer service was fast, the company they sent out there technical support was fast and the customer service was as good as American Sheild
