Our experience been positive with AHS. Some of the out of pocket expenses seem high, but not out of line.

We have chosen AHS to protect our homes for over 20 years. While we have experienced some minor time delay problems, our over-all satisfaction with AHS is Positive. We currently have AHS contracts to protect both our home, plus our rental properties.

Technicians are ok but I don’t like talking to your reps. who are not Americans and most can’t speak English well enough to understand them!!!

American home shield is very helpful with getting things fixed. I have used them on 5 different occasions. In all of those occasions all i was responsible for was my service charge. I have had my A/C fixed, dishwasher & fridge replaced. A clogged drain in clogged.
