We had American Home Shield before and we got the policy again. It was super easy when we made a service request and they had Redeemed Heating and Cooling assigned to the claim. The tech was excellent. But the fix kinda took a little longer than we thought it would because they would fix one thing then find out that there was something else going on. American Home Shield has been mostly really good. It's easy to submit a claim and I appreciate it. But before winter, they told me to get a furnace check. So, I had set that up and they took the $75 fee to have someone come and look at it, but nobody ever came. I finally called the people that were supposed to come, and they said that they didn't even do it anymore and had told my Home Shield that they didn't do that anymore. I was really surprised at how quickly American Home Shield responded to my request and how quickly the folks at Kelly got out here. Once I submitted the claim and it was approved, somebody from Kelly called the next day and set the appointment. It took two days for the whole thing to be done. It was the first time that I've had to use American Home Shield, even though I've had them for years. I heard some stories that were concerning.
