Great customer service. They ensure that the service needed is properly handled.
The contractor is still trying to fix the icemaker on my refrigerator. They can't figure out what's going on with it. It's something with the electrical system. They’ve called the manufacturer but they still haven't been able to get it done. They were here yesterday and they said to give it 24 hours for the program to re-cycle. But I called them again today because it's not working. Other than that, it was easy to file the claim with AHS. I had one other claim with them for a garbage disposal and it was fixed within the day.
On my first call, I had a unit that was not cooling correctly. It would freeze up, and then I had to turn it off for about four hours. It was really hot that day too. I went online to submit the order and the website was very user-friendly. They responded right away as well. I was trying to do the claim both online and over the phone and it's hard to get through on the phone. It's a long wait period. It was quicker through the website. Professionalism, timeliness and selection of technical representation
Used them a variety of times -- excellent service by Home Shield, and excellent service by the guys and gals they have sent. Well worth the $$.
Spa Doc came out 3 times. My timer blew up, and they replaced it. I did an upgrade and they came. That evening, my motor was rusted and it was terrible. They came too. I like the Spa Doc people. The guy is good. He communicates with me and lets me know what's wrong. He gives me good equipment for my best interest. He comes out quick and fixes everything right away while the other people didn't do that good last year.
They follow up with the original repair request, and if not done right they will schedule it to be repaired by another professional at no extra cost.
I would have rated higher if not for the delay in my latest service. Also when I called from my phone , (because your site was down), I was told the wait was 39 minutes. When then called using my husband’s phone a few minutes later, I got right in.
