And December 30 my hot water heater went on the fritz. I called and spoke to someone within 20 minutes. They then gave me the company that I asked for and although it was the holiday I did have the hot water heater fixed by that Monday. I have been with American home shield for years, and they've always come through for me

everything went well except I gave the a number to call to set up the services and the sent my number tothe provider not the person who had access to the house.
