AHS provides professional and responsive consumer service.
My service was completed quickly. I called the 800 number and within minutes they were asking questions about my issue and using a camera to validate exactly what needed to be fixed. After we schedule for the technician to come out, it was a matter of days before I received the part needed to fix my appliance.

The process on both occasions was seamless and they were responsive in timely manner.
I have used them for years to take care of problems that can escalate without the fear of costs getting out of hand. Most of their providers are very good at what they do. The ones who aren't are dealt with promptly.
In 2019 I had Choice Home Warranty. and my water heater began leaking the following year. They would not cover it as they only cover the mechanics of the system. I dropped them that day and went with AHS. Six years later and no issues.
The plumbing company I worked with was very good and helpful it was Alpha Plumbing out of Las Vegas
Every time I had to use them the people that came out to fix things they were nice and knew what they were doing
AHS has always been prompt with arranging for service.....website is easy to use.....customer service is pleasant and helpful. Any complaints or issues I have had with a vendor have been easily and promptly resolved by AHS.
