It was easy to get started but the work I requested is taking so long to get completed
All of our home repair issues have been successfully resolved by American Home Shield. The techs have been knowledgeable and capable and nice. The biggest negative is that service takes longer to be scheduled than if hiring service normally, and our dishwasher replacement took a very long time. However, we think that is to be expected for home warranty service. The main thing is that repairs have been successful.
