Customer service prompt and helpful. I was able to get my issue resolved quickly and the electric company recommended was great too

American home shield is very helpful when needed for services. You can put in your request and then they have someone get in contact with you for your request of service.
It seems some of the representatives need additional training. Some are excellent in customer service. Overall I like AHS.

Have used with successfully several times. Definitely worth the money. Don’t like all the contractors but that is another story.
I received this coverage from the seller when I purchased my house and later repurchased for myself. It was very easy to use when I had a plumbing issue and the work was completed as promised. It is somewhat inexpensive and I would recommend it especially when buying a new home that you don’t yet know everything about.
