So far all the issues we have had have been repaired in a timely fashion with no issues about getting the repairs covered.
There are many hidden conditions to gain services. They make it appear that all you have to do is pay the cost of the policy and the service fee when to file a claim and everything will be repaired or replaced by American Home Shield. That is not true. They do not fix plumbing problems that occur behind d the wall. Nor do they replace dishwashers that can be patched in order to have you call later and create another service call and change.
Very difficult to understand the people from overseas. They are very nice, nut a major gap in the cultural indifference. Unfortunately, there is a cultural indifference.
Speed in handling claims. Can’t be beat for the cost
I was able to get service quickly. The electrician repaired my circuit breakers and checked additional breakers to make sure all were in working order.
