Quick service. There was an access issue that meant our plumber had to be recalled. He came back quickly and did a good , fast, clean job.

They will ultimately abide by warranty terms but you sometimes have to escalate to get it done. And depending on the repair, it takes time, more time than calling a repair guy and getting it fixed.

I have been a member of AHS for close to 30 years and have seen a decrease in quality over the years. I'd say for the past 10 years the disorganization was basically dreadful with the company having to use contractors from way far out of town and always late some never showing at all
Ok but you did not send one person to do all three jobs
