The technicians sent out always go above and beyond to fix the problem
The first time I used American Home Shield, the vendor never showed or called. I was quite upset because I had taken off work to be home. Eventually another vendor came to fix the issue. I was told I would get a refund of half the service fee, but still have not received it.
