Ultimately the company followed through with repairs and appliance replacement but it took 6+ phone calls and contacts to complete the tasks. Personnel were helpful on the phone but follow up was weak.
Whenever I need to call AHS they promptly send a professional who fixes my problem. I feel safe with their workmen and satisfied with the results.

Easy to setup a maintenance request and good contractor experience.
My air conditioner leaked and flooded my bathroom ceiling and some in my bedroom. American Home Shield would not pay for the ceiling repair.
They response to my service request very quickly and the contractors have contacted me within 24 hours to set up a time to fix my problem. Very happy with their service so far.
They did everything possible to fix the microwave, but had to wind up ordering a new one. Great professionalism.
