AHS is prompt to find a service company and send them out to look. Sometimes it takes a while to get parts but I don't think that is anyone's fault.

I have had to request service twice and AHS has been prompt in scheduling and the contractor used has been very professional in correcting my issue

We've used it once and the service was fine. It did take more than a week for us to get the appt and it was our A/C that went out.
