The guy from J & A Appliance Repair did great. He came and checked the appliance out. He needed to order the part, but the service was good and productive. He handled it and the unit has been working great since he came out. He explained the motor to the fan at the bottom of the freezer was going out and how it sucked up the cool air. I made a claim over the phone with American Home Shield and it took a while to get through because some of the prompts just take forever. They say it's easier to do it online but I'm a phone guy. I'd rather make sure I'm getting it done the first time just because I've done stuff online and they say, "I never got your request." I tend to wait on the phone. That's why I like to call.
