I have had a good experience with having to have service done in my home with AHS, that part is pretty easy to do, I wish in scheduling service there was a better procedure to explain the problem other than just a drop down that you have to find the best answer that fits. However, it is difficult to get someone on the phone in customer service, it's hit or miss getting someone that can help you with an issue. I don't like feeling that I am going around in circles just to get a simple question answered.
Have fixed things for me and once returned to fix the same thing, but for free. Calling them sometimes has a long wait time, like most companies nowadays.

Home Shield responded in a timely matter. The worker knew how to fix the microwave without having to get a new one.
Excellent service when it comes to fixing or having to replace an item. Thank you!!! If there is anything negative it would be some of the contractors are not reliable, lie on reports and don't keep me updated/status on items that need to be repaired with parts on order.

The A/C technician from New Vision HVAC was excellent: professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. When I talked to the owner a day pr two before' he was also very polite and businesslike.
