I was so impressed with AHS on our last home that I paid for it again on our current home! They are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable! I tell everyone I know to be sure and get AHS!
I have to wait a long time to get to anyone and I think I pay too much since Farm Choice is offering us such a great deal. My friend moved from AHS to Farm Choice 3 months ago and are very happy. I am going to check for 3 more months to make sure they are good.
Excellent thus far. I have had no problems using AHS. Sometimes the reps are a little difficult to understand, but they get the job done.
New hot water heater was installed quickly and without complications
Its been great. Service was reasonably fast and solved our problems.
We have had a tough time with AHS and their chosen service provider. It took months to resolve an issue with our ice maker. In the end, AHS replaced our refrigerator. For that we are Grateful. However, A&E is really pulling AHS down.
Always dependable and always has professional companies that comes.
I purchased my home almost 30 years ago and I have been a customer for most of that time. I have never had a request rejected nor service refused. All of my expectations have been met.
The response time on my first claim submitted with AHS was excellent. A very reputable local contractor responded as promised, and the service tech was very professional & efficient - resolving the issue with my 9-yr old refrigerator, which required a new icemaker to replace the original that has been leaking.
