When my water pressure was very low, the claims process went very quickly. The tech from Kevin Anderson company did a good job.
On time, diagnosed the problem, and promptly made the repair.
Our air conditioner was leaking really bad into our basement. I submitted a claim online and then somebody got ahold of me and said that J&J was gonna be the folks who would be servicing our AC. I received a notification that told me that I should be getting contacted by the contractor within 24 hours and if I was not satisfied with just waiting for them to contact me, they gave me J&J's contact information and I could contact them personally. Overall they are good but could definitely improve customer service on the call in features. Long, long, long wait times then you get to deal with a scripted foreign representative who is very courteous but unable to handle anything out of the script.
Timely service professional service workers,would recommended this company to anyone.
