The contractors that have done the work are very good and took care of the problems timely.
Problem resolution and customer service and value
My refrigerator didn't work and so I called American Home Shield. They sent somebody and the guy came and said that he wanted to order the part. He did a good job. Then the GilTech Appliance person that called me came on Monday and fixed it for me. He was very professional. After a few days, another guy called and said that the parts came. I said that somebody came already and fixed the refrigerator for me. Because one week I didn't have a refrigerator, I went to buy a new one.
