Bestway was good. They took care of the problem quickly and walked me through what the issue was. Some of the screws on my garbage disposal had come loose. They tightened those. Something else was incorrect, and the tech showed it to me and showed me what he did to fix it. He did not have a mask on though. I haven't had to use American Home Shield that much, but it's good to have it in case I have minor plumbing issues. I can reach out to someone. The tub on my guest bathroom upstairs was leaking. I called American Home Shield and they referred someone to me. I went through the prompts system initially and then I called in and asked them who was gonna be coming, and then they sent me the information for the plumbing company. Prime Plumbing told me when they were coming. The guy that came out was great. He was extremely friendly. Customer service was really good. He did a really good job. American Home Shield is very convenient and they provide a pretty great service.
