The time from AHS to the designated service provider to final resolution can be long.
American Home Shield's contractors have been great. I love the service. This was my first home that I bought and they seemed quite good. R Harris, an AC and heating contractor, came out recently and they were fine.
We have been with American Home Shield for a year but we had them many years ago. We just bought a new house, so we decided to do them again. I submitted all my claims on American Home Shield’s website so it was fairly easy. Comfort First came out for an AC issue and the experience was great. The poor guy had to do the service on a downpour and I felt bad for him. He did it anyway and it worked out fine.
Being on hold for a very long time before you get to talk to someone is the only negative I have.
I submitted a claim online to AHS. Their site was very easy to navigate. Their tech from AMP Mechanical came out and he was fabulous. He was on time, prompt, and courteous. He got everything fixed.
Ellecent services great response time and follow up
AHS has been great. We've always had a wonderful experience with them. It's really easy to use. We've never had a problem at all. The service of the contractor that came out recently was great. He did what he needed. However, we're not entirely sure that the dishwasher is completely fixed. 'Cause it was the heating thing that he's replaced. But then I have since read some reports about it and we inherited the dishwasher with the house when we purchased it, so I don't know that it's a great dishwasher.
