Fixed my furnace and I was happy. Only fault it took 4 days for repair person to come after I complained that it was cold over and over.
They are prompt to order service when I need them

When I first got my warranty my washer broke. A repairman was sent immediately. It was determined the washer could not be fixed and they bought a new one. Actually I was shocked but I then knew this company is honest and operates with integrity. I will have them forever.

Tech was great, kept us well informed and established clear next steps.
Ultimately the company followed through with repairs and appliance replacement but it took 6+ phone calls and contacts to complete the tasks. Personnel were helpful on the phone but follow up was weak.
Whenever I need to call AHS they promptly send a professional who fixes my problem. I feel safe with their workmen and satisfied with the results.
