Excellent thus far. I have had no problems using AHS. Sometimes the reps are a little difficult to understand, but they get the job done.

We have had a tough time with AHS and their chosen service provider. It took months to resolve an issue with our ice maker. In the end, AHS replaced our refrigerator. For that we are Grateful. However, A&E is really pulling AHS down.

The response time on my first claim submitted with AHS was excellent. A very reputable local contractor responded as promised, and the service tech was very professional & efficient - resolving the issue with my 9-yr old refrigerator, which required a new icemaker to replace the original that has been leaking.
