AHS claims process was easy and it was the simplest process I have ever had to do. The contractor came to replace the water heater. I’m thankful that I have AHS because they saved me a bunch of money.

I tell a lot of people that they need to get American Home Shield. All you have to do is call them, and they'll take your claim then as soon as you hang up, they send you a memo or an email telling you who they assigned it to. My husband and I really like them because we've had three claims now, and they send someone right away. All we do is pay $75 and that's it. One time, it was very hot here. I have two recent claims with AHS, one for the water heater and one for the air conditioner. The air conditioner is scheduled tomorrow. The water heater technician already came to my house to check the water heater. It was a tankless water heater. The problem is we feel like, sometimes, the water temperature is not stable. He said currently the water heater is not capable of flushing, so they need to install some tool so we can flush it like every year to keep it functional. They didn’t fix that.
