Compared to other companies, I like better American Home Shield. It's pretty easy to submit a claim. When I need to talk to someone, with the COVID, I experience difficult waiting times on the phone. But most of the time, I use the website and it's pretty friendly and fast. The contractors they use follow through well also. I just want American Home Shield not to increase their rates every renewal because I've seen other companies with whom every time we renew, the rate goes up.
