The AC was making a very high, squeaking sound and it would work for about 20 minutes then, it would stop working. If I turn it off for a day, the next day it would work again and then stop, so we just turned it off. I submitted the claim online to American Home Shield and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Received service with no surprise cost. First technician that came did not fix the problem when I called AHS they set up for another company to come out I was happy i was not charged again however was not happy I had to wait another 2 weeks to get my air conditioner fixed
Every time I call American Home Shield, I have to wait on hold for about an hour before I can speak to someone. But everybody's really nice and they are making their best effort to help me and to do what's best for me. They really look forward to helping me and finding a way to help.
