Great service. They helped me when the original service people never showed up or returned my calls find a great company that was on time and help fix my issues
My problem was resolved in a fast and timely manner. I have never had a home warranty but I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a home warranty.
I was hesitant at first feeling like this was going to be like all the other things that say it’ll make your life easier, but then I had to request service and it was truly the best experience.
Had a few home repairs. Agents came promply and got it fixed had to reschedule and cancel 2 have not gotten refund
They always come and either fix, or diagnose. If a replacement is needed, the wait time for a replacement can be inconvenient to the homeowner. However, the services that they provide are worth the cost of the warranty coverage. It won't be any less unless you fix it yourself if you can.
