I have Home Shield this time for at least two years. The response time is horrible. When you call, you have to wait an hour. But overall, their service has been pretty good. The contractors come within 24 hours. When there was a leak from a bathroom to the kitchen, DNB Plumbing told me that there was no water underneath but they couldn’t solve the problem. But their service was good.
We have always gotten good customer service, timely responses and whatever needs to happen to repair our equipment is taken care of.
They respond quickly to repair request quickly and efficiently but they will continue to repair an old appliance until it can't be repaired anymore.
Quick service and easy online ordering. Pricing is fair. Have had to use them several times over the last three years. It’s paid for itself!

I called American Home Shield via the phone to submit a claim and went through the recording. The recording said the contractor would be out within the 24 hours and that eventually, they were gonna contact me. The guy from Ace Plumbing was there within the 24 hours. He came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very respectful and professional. I told him what was going on and I showed him exactly what my situation was. Good service band very friendly .The only thing I would recommend is when something breaks on the weekend you have to wait until the following week
