It's taken 4 different visit to resolve our plumbing issue. We now need another person to come put and close the 2 holes left in my wall and ceilings.
They offer an AC tune up, then when AC tech finds issue, you need to open a NEW service ticket with AHS and PAY ANOTHER service fee for them to come back out for the repair
No hassle service. I am very satisfied with this warranty company.
