The guy that came out for our recent claim with AHS was really nice. It turned out it was a pilot error. We didn't have a repair needed. We just didn't have the water connected the way that we needed to. The last service repair was excellent. AHS was timely and they responded quickly. The repair before that, which was also on the washing machine for the spin function, was a cluster. Service is very good and the contractor work until they get it correct or the replace the item that is broken
American Home Shield sent out Tap's Lock & Key. They were great. It took them less than an hour to rekey my four locks. The timeframe was fine and the guy also wore a mask. I was happy with them. It was a positive experience.
