I would have given 5 stars but I had a problem getting service one time. Other wise they are prompt and very courteous.

only one claim so far was handled quickly, less than one week
The first company AHS paired me with couldn't get out here until about three weeks later. The girl just kinda laughed and said that they were really busy right then. I contacted AHS's rep again. She was really great and understanding. A1 Service was absolutely phenomenal. I didn't get them assigned until around late evening and they came out here the next morning. When I contacted them, the contractor was out here within a couple of hours. The issue was the capacitor. It took 10 minutes to get it off the truck and put it in.
My experiences with American Home Shield have been very positive. I especially like their prompt response, the quality of the appliances, and professionalism of the technicians.
Great service they repaired my A/C unit on a holiday weekend and kept me comfortable. The service man was very neat and friendly.
