Fast courteous and very knowledgeable about the appliance.
Easy to work with and got the job done quickly
The contractor who came for my appliance was very work-oriented. There was no customer service there. They just said, "Hello, I'm from Sears. Where's the microwave? We need this part. We ordered it and I'll be back in a couple of weeks." They then came back after a couple of weeks. Although the person wasn't sociable or friendly, they got the job done and that was what I called them for.
Promptness, dependability, fairness. They provide for ease of mind as a homeowner, esp. in the area of electrical and plumbing.
Such an amazing experience. As soon as we noticed our 17 year old, original water heater had bit the dust, I felt like the commerical!!! "OH WAIT I HAVE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD!!!" HAHA Being our 1st time using them since having them, we were nervous, but its EXACTLY LIKE THE COMMERCIAL!!!! Quick, efficient, professional, wore mask and gloves, cleaned unit, identified a problem and solved it.
My main breaker was tripping continually and it was hot. I went online to submit the claim to American Home Shield since it was readily available versus calling the main number, which rang and rang. There is an emergency number but I was not able to connect with anyone. It went to a recorded line so, I passed that up. I hung up because I was in a frantic situation.
