Sometime problems get fixed right away but to often it takes anywhere from 3 trips to months to get a problem resolved.
You get every penny you spend on this service, back tenfold! They are amazingly quick and reacting in this situation, where you have a household appliance, go awry and getting somebody out to your house immediately to repair it.
