I had to call AHS to send back repair tech after the initial repair failed. The AHS rep was very insistent that I participate in a zoom conference call with the appliance repair company. I really don't want to do that and I do not understand how and why this procedure is now in place but I surely do not like it and causes me to reconsider using AHS
I had Sevice for my Garage door opener on Good Friday the man said he needed a paddleboard and I would have it fixed next week it has been two weeks and I had to call him and ask him why it's not fixed yet
The contractor (ART) is very professional and experienced. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and resolve the problem. We were extremely satisfied with their service.
