Limited coverage with the upgraded plan. Encourage everyone to read the fine print and the full policy. A lot of items are not covered. Try to get assistance with a clogged drain line to find it was not covered because it was not considered the main sewer line. so the drain from my washer and kitchen would never be covered because they consider it to be a branch off the main sewer line.

I’ve been with AHS for 7 years and they have been great! Never had an accident issue getting service. Only thing that I wish was a little better was the wait time to get a technician out to my house. The turnaround is a bit longer since they set everything up for you then you just calling a company directly for the specific issue your having.

I like your company, but sometimes it hard to call and get something done. Being a Vet and living on a set income, I have to look to see, if we can get something done. I was surprise when your rates went up and I hope it does not change again.
