Professionalism, value, response time, problem solving
I had few issues in my water heater and that guy fixed it. No more problems after that. We received satisfactory services. Best service at great price
Service was quick and contractors were very professional and fixed the problem right away.
American Home Shield sent Plumbing Enterprises and they handled the service very well. I like that the guy that came in for the repair wore booties and mask. He also did the social distancing thing. He zeroed in on the problem and was done in no time. This is my second claim with AHS. I had something done for my heater during the winter. Somebody came out and the same thing, they did what they had to do and were in and out.
Always come to my rescue. Mechanics know what they are supposed to work on. They complete the job no matter how long it takes.
The turn over time is fast. Customer service is great. No negative experience thus far.
