Overall, we have been satisfied with the services provided by American Home Shield. There have been times when reaching a customer service agent has been nearly impossible but using social media seems to work the best. AHS has always covered the items that need repair; except for a garage door opener, and they make sure we are taken care of quickly.
They're fast and reliable! Every time we have an issue that is covered by our policy all we need to do is call or get online and the problem is resolved within a short time. I'm very happy I have American Home Shield.

The heater and air conditioner were both coming on at the same time and I knew it had to be some kinda wire crossed or something. Weatherwise came out promptly and did a good job. Their technician checked it all out and it was the thermostat. He replaced it and he checked the amount of Freon in my system, and it was full.
