I don't always have the best luck with the service companys assigned but AHS always makes it right
Never had a fake experience with the platform or the people that they hire. I have always had an honest solution and price presented. It was kind of a breath of fresh air in being a first time home owner.

first round, finally found out certain issues were not covered; second round, covered, requested on July 12, not yet solved by far (after 10 days)
Prompt service, which was much appreciated. I just wish it was routine to explain why more was being charged to my credit card (over $100), on top of what I pay monthly.

It's a crap shoot depending on the contractor assigned. AHS does not follow up to make sure the job was done to satisfaction.
I've had to 3 appliance (range, refrigerator, washer) issues that needed services. Two out of the three could be serviced under my contract. The range couldn't because a rodent had chewed through the wiring, but the other issues were handled. The rodent issue wasn't covered. My washer couldn't be repaired, so it was replaced. The refrigeraor has had to be serviced three times but seems to working now.
