I was able to reach them in the middle of night and they sent a repairman and got it fixed quickly. The reps on the phone were very understanding and efficient and professional.

That when I need a repair, I know who to call, and that the repair is usually scheduled and completed quickly. I don't have to ask around for a dryer or heater repair person, or wonder if that person is competent and will give me a fair price
I've used them for a/c and plumbing so far and have been pleased with service.
