1st time using American Home Shield. Need to have my washer looked at. Easily set up the appointment. They kept me informed -- tech came on site on time, got a text when he was on his way. He was very thorough. Fixed the issue -- ordered a part that had to be delivered, and came back the following week to install. Again, always notifying us when he was en route.
Once AHS knew that our washer was not fixable, it was a quick process to order a new one. Just waiting on delivery!
They do what they say they do. Used them over years, and appreciate their service. Online service request is easy as well. If the vendor does not fix it the first time, say a week later it breaks again, AHS does not charge additional fee for the vendor to come back.
The workers are Efficient, courteous and timely.
