American Home Shield needs to be more upfront as to what their policy is if a product needs to be replaced. My air conditioner is at the end of its life now and the repairman said that they will just keep fixing it until it's totally gone, which is fine with me. I don't care. But I wanna know what my option is once it has to be replaced like if they're gonna give me a hard time, if they're gonna pay for it, and how much they're going to pay. PROMPT, EXCELLENT, FINISHED ON TIME AND AWESOME WORK
It took a second call to get the AC fixed but it is working now. I have always had good vibes with AHS. They are always prompt and I get a good company to do the work.
