Our recent claim with AHS was for a failed sump pump. Their process online was pretty straightforward and easy. They did a pretty quick response too.

This is my second year with AHS and they’re quick to get my claim processed. AHS sent KRP Services and they were excellent. They were on time and were fast. They communicated well. And with the whole COVID thing, they kept their distance. They did their thing and I didn’t have to worry about it at all. But I was not too pleased with the other contractor. The first guy, who came out for a leaking bathroom, was not good. He just came to take pictures. During this time of Corona, somebody coming inside your house just to take a picture is not something that’s acceptable to me. But the guy who came to fix the faucet was good. He changed a part and did a wonderful job.
