There was a problem with the pump of the dishwasher and Sears came out to fix it. The technician was very professional, efficient and friendly. When he came in, he was able to open it up. He figured it out very quickly and told us what was gonna happen. He said he was gonna order some parts to our house. I don’t know how he knew they were here but he just called me up and scheduled a time, and came in and fixed it. The dishwasher has worked great since.
