I called Home Shield a couple weeks ago. Last week, they sent someone out to fix my AC. They told me that the contractor will be out the following day between 10:00 and 12:30, and they did come out around 12:00 and fixed the AC. They were pretty pleasant. I have been a client of AHS for over 10 years. Over that time, I have needed their coverage for a variety of different issue. They have always had a reliable, competent, conscientious contractor address my issues. I have recommended AHS to numerous friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. Great service, great company.
We’ve been a customer for around four years but we used them just recently. I reported that the water heater wouldn’t light. The technician came out as scheduled. They contacted me quite quickly after the claim was submitted on the web and made arrangements to come out the following day between 10:00 and 12:00. And they were there right at 11:00. American Home Shield has been fine, so far, and I haven’t had a bad experience. When the water flow would not come up right in the toilet, I called on the phone and spoke with them. They told me when Sigmond Plumbing was gonna be here, and they were here on time. I was very satisfied.
West Coast Chief Repair came to check up the AC unit before I turned it on for the summer and they were fine. They’ve been here before too. At another time, I had an issue and Home Shield solved it. I thought it was my washing machine, and it was the plumber. They sent out a plumber, and then they charged me, and they said they wouldn’t. They corrected it and it was good.
They did a great job. Came out promptly; had to order a part but came back when it came in and fixed our washer. Service person was professional and courteous.
I would recommend Best Rate Heating to anybody. They are very awesome. I put the request in and within the hour, they called to schedule the appointment for the following day. The rep called first, but I didn’t hear the call. She then texted and made sure I was aware the person was on their way. When the contractor got here, he wasn’t able to repair everything on the first day. He just came in to see what was going on. AHS called and told me what was going on.
