Great customer service , in one phone call they handled all my concerns, the company which came to take care of the problem was very knowledgeable the plumber found the problem with my water heater fixed it in less then 30 minutes, then I got hot water back , what else could I have asked for .
Great experience. They sent WaterTight Pools too my rescue and they did an outstanding job
Usually gets the job done pretty quickly. The only problem I have is when they were supposed to take my spouse off my account and instead charged my x's credit card instead of mine. Usually all service gets done quickly. M - th is best times to make a service call. If you make a service call that is an emergency on f - Su. Usually you wint get a call back from the company coming to do the work because they have a 48 hour leeway to call you back.
We have been with American Home Shield for about five years now and I like it a lot. It’s been really helpful majority of the time. When I submit claims I try to do them online depending on what needs fixing. If I have a question, I would try and call, but sometimes calling takes forever. I recently filed for them to fix my bathroom toilet. It took a couple of days for the tech to come out. He was very good.
Website very easy to maneuver. Very quick response. My contractors through AHS were great! Very knowledgeable, quick response and customer service friendly.
