One person sent for heater service was condescending when we asked questions-and was “done” in 15 mins. Person sent to fix heater 6 mos later didn’t fix the problem —just wanting to say it might be the masonry brick the house is built out of. When asked for someone else, they sent him again as a Sr Tech. He said the same thing and was very short with us.
