I have used AHS for a year now. In that time, we have had plumbing and electrical issues resolved quickly and efficiently. When our 21-year-old refrigerator compressor was dying, we received a NEW refrigerator. Granted, that took a few weeks, but that was an issue with Sears, not with AHS. I happily renewed for another year, because it's peace of mind for us seniors in older homes!

AHS was a recommendation from a friend and we thought we'd give it a shot. We’re happy with it. It’s a little bit of peace mind. We've had two different plumbing issues. Both were leaks with the bathroom faucets. The contractor came out and looked at it real fast. He said that it was old and there was no way to fix it. He couldn’t get the exact replacement part to fix it so he said he would have to put in a new faucet without the components.
They had Max Air out here first for the AC issue. They were out here three times. They wanted to charge me $800. They told me I had a blockage in my line. But I didn't believe that because the unit was working too good. So I told AHS to send somebody else. They sent Greenway because they sent them out to my house to do a plumbing job, and the man knew exactly what to go and do. He took care of that problem. Now, my unit is freezing up. Quick comprehensive service from a great pool of professionals at fair fee
problems get solved, decent breadth of coverage (a couple notable limitations I would want them to remove though)
Home Shield sent High Priority Plumbing and they were good. The service guy was fast and efficient. He fixed the issue in five minutes and then he explained why my garbage disposal had not been working. He was very professional and timely and I was pleased.
American Home Shield is number one they are quick and they get the problem fixed fast !!!! I would recommend them to anyone !!!!!
For the copay i hab to pay for the ac to be fixed and back up and running was good
