The Representative was fine, i gave 4 stars because the repair vendor is not answering their phone and AHS was not able to get me a repair technician within 24 hours

The warranty is exactly what it says it is. Something breaks, I pay the $100 deductible and it gets fixed with no additional charges by quality contractors
