My air conditioning unit wasn’t working. This was the first time I put a claim in to American Home Shield and it was terrible. It took me from 10:30 in the morning until 8 at night to get ahold of them. What upset me was they'd put me on hold and I would put my cell phone on speaker so I could do what I needed to do and listen as well and I would be on hold for a good hour or longer and then I would get disconnected, all day long. I’m really pleased with A Plus. They’re really good compared to previous vendors that I’ve used through AHS. The technician was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He kept me abreast of pretty much everything that he was doing and what was going on. As fast as the other vendor came in was as fast as I wanted him to leave. We've used American Home Shield a few times. Unfortunately, the house got some issues here and there, and they take good care of it each time. Recently, there was a leak in the upstairs bathtub. There was also a leak downstairs across from the basement. Pipe Solutions came out. The guy took care of it, figured it out, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time.
