Very helpful! I've still not received my E Card from Lowe's to replace my refrigerator. Lowe's told AHS they sent it Wednesday. Still don't have it.
Service professional was quick and thorough, he also left a tool with me to be able to fix it next time

American Home Shield is great but some of their outside contractors have really dropped the ball for being timely
I believe that it is well worth the money I pay for their services as well as the companies that they use, to date I have not regretted any of my choices.
