The AC unit was not working, so I started the claim online. I always get an e-mail saying that I would expert the contractor out within seven business days. Certified Heating and Cooling came out and said that they had to order some capacitor and coolant. Then, they came back out and fixed it. I paid them the extra money that they said I owed, and that was it. They were absolutely great. They were quick and super nice.
