Our oven stopped working. I notified AHS 05/07/20 and after paying the fee a contractor was assigned to us. Unfortunately, they were unable to come out until 05/16/20. The technician arrived on 05/16/20 between the prescribed hours and got right to work. He quickly determined the cause of the issue and fixed it. I got something in the mail from American Home Shield and I called and talked to the representative on the phone. I got the pricing, and it was a reasonable amount of money every month to give myself some peace of mind. You never know what is happening tomorrow and I have bad luck.
