I've been paying for my home warranty service for more than a year. I used it for the first time and they sent out IGD Plumbing. It was a pretty positive experience. The person came on time and kind of went through the COVID practices. He was wearing a mask. He just explained what he was gonna do then checked the equipment. I had a great experience with Steinmetz HVAC! They were prompt, very helpful and informative, they were exceptionally cautious given the pandemic, and they kept me informed during the entire process. I have been with AHS for many years, and I was very glad that they sent Steinmetz to fix the HVAC. Very pleased all the way around!
Axis Appliance Repair came to fix the latch in our microwave door. They were good about the work that was performed.
