I had American Home Shield before years ago and they were always so prompt, polite and gave great service. I actually saw an add on Facebook the end of last year. I immediately signed up again and have used them once.

They came to fix our kitchen's faucet in timely manner. Their HVAC contractor fixed the AC issue which was needed Freon but AHS only covers $10/lb and our units needed 3 lb which the contractor charges $80/lb. So we ended up paying $210.
