Service this time was awesome. Prompt. Technician knew just what problem was.
Feels like they look for the cheapest way to fix a problem rather than satisfy the consumer's need. I've been a customer for years and never submitted a request for service until now and my problem still exists.

It’s a waitsometimes it’s a wait to get a live person the phone . The $75 service fee is a bit much. Other than that AHS is pretty good
